Can I still purchase seasonal vehicle permits? Where do I find them?  Why aren’t they all in one place?

The item I wanted is sold out! Will you be restocking?

Yes, most items will be restocked, when possible. Some items are only available seasonally or for a limited time.

If the item displays as “sold out,” you can expect more product to be added. If the item is no longer visible, it was only available for a limited time and will not be restocked.

In-park stores may carry additional options. Please visit a park to shop their selection.


Can I make a purchase over the phone?

We are unable to accommodate orders over the phone at this time. Our online store is available online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for your convenience.


Can I pick up my merchandise in a park?

We are unable to accommodate curbside pickup in parks at this time. Our online store is available online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for your convenience.


Will you ship to US/internationally?

Ontario Parks offers shipping to the United States. International shipping outside of the USA will not be offered. 


Will you ship to all provinces within Canada? Why not Saskatchewan? 

We are currently offering shipping within Canada to all provinces except Saskatchewan. Shipping to Saskatchewan is not available at this time, but is underway. Please check back for updates!


When will my order be shipped?

You can expect your order to be shipped 1-2 business days after placement.


Can I ship to a PO box?

We are unable to ship your online store order to a PO Box.

Purolator is currently the authorized vendor used by the Government of Ontario for shipping. Purolator requires a physical street address and phone number to ship your product.


How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders over $100.00 CAD before applicable taxes within Canada (excluding Saskatchewan). There is a $6.00 CAD flat rate shipping charge on all orders under $100.00 CAD shipping within Canada (excluding Saskatchewan), and a flat rate of $15.00 CAD on all orders shipping to the United States.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

Before you click submit, make sure that you've added all your favourite Ontario Parks' souvenirs to your order and have double checked your shipping address. 

We are unable to change or add to orders after they have been submitted. Our system is designed to process and ship orders quickly and efficiently. You can, however, make a free return after your order arrives and/or place another order for your missing item(s).


Where is my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

This number can be tracked online at www.purolator.com.


How do I return or exchange my order?

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order and must be returned with original tags, unworn and unwashed, and in original packaging where possible. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Returns are free within Canada. If requesting a return or refund outside of Canada, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping along with any applicable duty fees. Ontario Parks does not provide the prepaid return waybill for international orders. Returns sent COD (cash on delivery) cannot be accepted.

Please note:

Ontario Parks reserves the right to refuse any product that does not meet the above criteria.

Maps, park crest stickers and patches and special Project/Fundraiser items (e.g.,Turtle protection products, Muttonhead collaboration) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.

 

I received product as a gift. How do I return or exchange it?

If you would like to return Ontario Parks merchandise that you received as a gift, please review our return policy to confirm that your item is not final sale. Once it is determined that your item is eligible for a refund, please contact us to initiate the return process. Please note that refunds are processed back to the original cardholder and the original form of payment.

If you are looking to exchange your clothing item for the same style, but in a different size, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.

Is a gift receipt available for my purchase? 

At this time, we do not offer gift receipts.
